Summer Hacks
I have been dying to do this post, so i have been doing research on what the best ones are!
1. Tan tattoo- put i sticker on your arm and then go to the beach and get tanned. Afterward, peal the sticker off. It will still be white!(we did this to my cousin with sunscreen on accident:)
2. Home-ade non freeze ice pack- Alcohol does not freeze so put alcohol and dish soap in a bag, then freeze it for around 2 hours. I personally like these better- they don't freeze, but they are super cold.
3. Natural highlights- I did this once with my sister in Flordia. It is so fun! Brush your hair. Go to a really sunny place, then squeeze lemon juice on your hair. The longer you wait outside, the more highlights!
4. Mosquito repelent candles- Melt an old candle. Now add dye and Citronella Oil. While your waiting for it to melt, put a wick in an old jar and then pour your wax-mixture into the jar. Wait to cool for around 1-2 hours. Light and it will keep away misquitos!
5. DIY Slip-N-Slide- Cut one huge trash bag and use tent pegs to hold it down. Now using a hose put water on and Slip you heart out!!!
6. Cold Water Bottle trick- Freeze half a water bottle ahead of time. Then add the other half before you need it.
